Georgia has an intrastate crowdfunding exemption that allows Georgia based and Georgia registered companies to raise up to $5MM from investors.

If you are an issuing company and you don't meet the qualifications for an intrastate offering, Regulation CF may be for you.
There are many differences and restrictions with using a Reg. CF offering but they are becoming more and more popular. You can raise up to $5MM BUT...and there are a lot of "buts". So sign up and find out what those are.
