The firm has over 17 years of experience in securiites law, which is a highly regulated, highly technical and highly specialized area of law. Our Founder is a non-public FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) arbitrator, certified to arbitrate disputes between founders and investors. Over hear 10+ years as an arbitrator, she has seen it all. Because of this, we know what investors want to see from founders to keep her out of her arbitration proceeding. Additionally, Attorney Kendrick is an investment adviser representative, advising institutions and retail investors on who is a good investment. It's much easier to build a business when you mitigate investor tension before it happens and know what investors want.
Business Acumen & credentials
Founder Dar'shun Kendrick has a M.B.A. (Masters in Business Administration), graduating at the top of her class. She has used this M.B.A. to provide not only legal advice to clients, but much needed business advice. This is a value add for our clients who want more than just legal advice for their company---but truly comprehensive advice about growing their company.
